Please read these three points first. They are the most important things to understand about this service.
1. We are not the government. Immigration Interviews is a private, independent practice tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or connected in any way to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. The "officers" in this Service are fictional AI characters, not real government officials.
2. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. We are not attorneys, not a law firm, not accredited representatives, and not "notarios." Nothing in this Service is legal advice about your immigration case. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice.
3. We cannot guarantee any outcome. Using this Service does not guarantee that you will pass your interview or that your naturalization application will be approved. Only USCIS decides that.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Cyberdefen, Inc. ("we," "us"), which operates Immigration Interviews (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service.
The Service is an educational practice tool. It lets you rehearse a naturalization interview with an AI character, study official civics questions, and practice reading, writing, and vocabulary. It is designed to help you feel prepared and reduce anxiety.
Accuracy of content. Immigration rules, forms, civics answers, and government officials change over time. We work to keep content current, but we cannot guarantee that every question, answer, or detail matches what USCIS uses on the day of your interview. Always verify official information at uscis.gov. Content is generated in part by artificial intelligence and may contain errors.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your account is for your personal use only. Do not share, sell, or transfer it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Free plan. The free plan includes the study tools described on our site and a limited trial of the full mock interview. Free plan features may change over time.
Paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method will be charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Founding-member pricing. If you subscribe at a promotional founding-member price, that price applies to your subscription for as long as it remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current standard price applies.
Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you reasonable advance notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to:
Fair use. Plans described as unlimited are for normal personal use. We may apply reasonable limits, and we may pause, limit, or end sessions that are automated, abusive, or clearly outside normal interview practice. Practice sessions have built-in length limits and may end if the conversation repeatedly goes off topic.
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to submit any information you provide, and you agree not to submit other people's sensitive personal information.
The Service, including its software, design, text, officer characters, images, and voices, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own preparation. Official U.S. government materials, such as the civics questions and Form N-400, are government works and are not claimed by us.
The Service depends on third-party providers, including AI, hosting, authentication, and payment providers. Their availability and performance are outside our control, and interruptions may occur.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE REGARDING THE OUTCOME OF ANY IMMIGRATION APPLICATION, INTERVIEW, OR TEST.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR IMMIGRATION BENEFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. If we terminate your paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service. We may also update these Terms; if changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at oscaralvarezdosa@gmail.com and give us thirty (30) days to try to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing a claim in small claims court.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") son un acuerdo legal entre usted y Cyberdefen, Inc. ("nosotros"), que opera Immigration Interviews (el "Servicio"). Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio, usted acepta estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, no use el Servicio.
Debe tener al menos 18 años, o contar con el consentimiento y la supervisión de un padre o tutor legal, para usar el Servicio.
El Servicio es una herramienta educativa de práctica. Le permite ensayar una entrevista de naturalización con un personaje de IA, estudiar las preguntas oficiales de educación cívica y practicar lectura, escritura y vocabulario. Está diseñado para ayudarle a sentirse preparado y reducir la ansiedad.
Exactitud del contenido. Las reglas migratorias, los formularios, las respuestas de cívica y los funcionarios del gobierno cambian con el tiempo. Trabajamos para mantener el contenido actualizado, pero no podemos garantizar que cada pregunta, respuesta o detalle coincida con lo que USCIS use el día de su entrevista. Verifique siempre la información oficial en uscis.gov. El contenido se genera en parte con inteligencia artificial y puede contener errores.
Usted es responsable de mantener en privado sus credenciales de acceso y de toda la actividad realizada con su cuenta. Su cuenta es solo para su uso personal. No la comparta, venda ni transfiera. Avísenos de inmediato si cree que alguien accedió a su cuenta sin su permiso.
Plan gratuito. El plan gratuito incluye las herramientas de estudio descritas en nuestro sitio y una prueba limitada de la entrevista simulada completa. Las funciones del plan gratuito pueden cambiar con el tiempo.
Suscripciones de pago. Los planes de pago se cobran por adelantado de forma recurrente al precio mostrado al momento del pago, más los impuestos aplicables.
Renovación automática. Su suscripción se renueva automáticamente al final de cada período de facturación, y se cobrará a su método de pago el precio vigente de su plan, hasta que usted cancele. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento, y la cancelación surte efecto al final de su período de facturación en curso.
Precio de miembro fundador. Si se suscribe a un precio promocional de miembro fundador, ese precio aplica a su suscripción mientras se mantenga activa de forma continua. Si cancela y luego vuelve a suscribirse, aplicará el precio estándar vigente.
Cambios de precio. Podemos cambiar los precios para períodos futuros. Le daremos aviso previo razonable y usted podrá cancelar antes de que el cambio entre en vigor.
Los pagos son procesados por Stripe. Los reembolsos se rigen por nuestra Política de Reembolsos.
Usted se compromete a no:
Uso justo. Los planes descritos como ilimitados son para uso personal normal. Podemos aplicar límites razonables, y podemos pausar, limitar o finalizar sesiones que sean automatizadas, abusivas o claramente fuera de la práctica normal de entrevista. Las sesiones de práctica tienen límites de duración integrados y pueden terminar si la conversación se desvía repetidamente del tema.
Usted conserva la propiedad de la información que ingresa. Nos otorga una licencia limitada para procesarla únicamente con el fin de operar el Servicio para usted, según se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad. Usted confirma que tiene derecho a enviar la información que proporciona, y se compromete a no enviar información personal sensible de otras personas.
El Servicio, incluyendo su software, diseño, textos, personajes de oficiales, imágenes y voces, es propiedad nuestra o de nuestros licenciantes y está protegido por leyes de propiedad intelectual. Le otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar el Servicio en su propia preparación. Los materiales oficiales del gobierno de EE. UU., como las preguntas de cívica y el Formulario N-400, son obras del gobierno y no reclamamos derechos sobre ellos.
El Servicio depende de proveedores externos, incluyendo proveedores de IA, alojamiento, autenticación y pagos. Su disponibilidad y desempeño están fuera de nuestro control, y pueden ocurrir interrupciones.

EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, NO SEREMOS RESPONSABLES POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS, NI POR PÉRDIDA DE GANANCIAS, DATOS, REPUTACIÓN O BENEFICIOS MIGRATORIOS, DERIVADOS O RELACIONADOS CON SU USO DEL SERVICIO.
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL POR TODAS LAS RECLAMACIONES RELACIONADAS CON EL SERVICIO NO EXCEDERÁ LA CANTIDAD MAYOR ENTRE (A) LO QUE USTED NOS PAGÓ EN LOS DOCE MESES ANTERIORES AL HECHO QUE DIO ORIGEN A LA RECLAMACIÓN, O (B) CIEN DÓLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES ($100).
Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten ciertas limitaciones, por lo que partes de esta sección podrían no aplicarle.
Usted acepta indemnizarnos y mantenernos libres de reclamaciones, daños y gastos razonables derivados de su uso indebido del Servicio, su incumplimiento de estos Términos, o su violación de cualquier ley o derecho de terceros.
Puede dejar de usar el Servicio y cancelar en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o terminar su acceso si incumple estos Términos, si sospechamos fraude o abuso, o si la ley lo exige. Si terminamos su cuenta de pago sin causa, le reembolsaremos la parte no utilizada de su período de facturación en curso.
Podemos modificar o descontinuar funciones del Servicio. También podemos actualizar estos Términos; si los cambios son importantes, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, cuando corresponda, se lo notificaremos. Seguir usando el Servicio después de que los cambios entren en vigor significa que acepta los Términos actualizados.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Texas, sin considerar sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes. Antes de presentar cualquier reclamación formal, usted acepta contactarnos en oscaralvarezdosa@gmail.com y darnos treinta (30) días para intentar resolver el asunto de manera informal. Si no logramos resolverlo, las disputas se presentarán exclusivamente ante los tribunales estatales o federales ubicados en Texas, y ambas partes aceptan su jurisdicción. Nada de lo aquí dispuesto impide a cualquiera de las partes presentar una reclamación en un tribunal de menor cuantía.
Si alguna disposición de estos Términos resulta inaplicable, el resto seguirá vigente. El hecho de que no hagamos valer una disposición no constituye una renuncia a ella. Estos Términos, junto con la Política de Privacidad y la Política de Reembolsos, constituyen el acuerdo completo entre usted y nosotros respecto del Servicio.
